A1. Our local unit franchise is offered for an initial term of five (5) years and subsequent renewal is for another five (5) year term. Overseas franchise will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

- Initial consultations and advice concerning site criteria, internal layout, general supervision etc;
- Recruitment assistance and initial training for key employees and teachers;
- Comprehensive Operations Manual on the know-how and systems

- On-going advice and guidance on operations;
- Constant improvements and updates to the franchise system
