In this policy, “we”, “us”, “our” or “Berries” means Berries World of Learning School (comprising of CLS International (1993) Pte Ltd and any and all businesses where CLS International (1993) Pte Ltd is an owner, partner, franchisor, shareholder and/or director and/or in joint venture with and/or any affiliates), “you”, “your” or “yours” means the persons to whom this Privacy Policy applies.

· health or learning condition disclosures (where relevant);

· images and voice recordings of our conversations with you;
· images, voice and video recordings in the premises;
· images, voice and video recordings in the classrooms during lessons;
· IP addresses and device specifications;

· Processing and managing registration, enrolment, and transfers between outlets;

· Recording interactions in the premises, including during lessons, for internal purposes such as training, internal evaluations of teaching quality and staff development, curriculum development, lesson quality monitoring, reviewing and addressing classroom-related issues and providing academic support (where applicable);
· Monitoring and maintaining safety via CCTV surveillance for security and incident management;
· Responding to queries, feedback or complaints;
· Communicating updates about our programmes, changes to classes, opening, closures, events or greeting messages;
· Bill and payment processing;
· Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and authorities’ directives;
· Generating reports or statistics for internal analysis;
· Internal audits, regulatory reporting and record keeping;
· Seeking legal or professional advice where necessary;
· Any other purposes reasonably related to the above.
3. Use of Personal Data for Marketing Purposes

All interactions and dealings with us shall be subject to the latest version of the Privacy Policy in effect at the time. By continuing to access our Digital Platforms, and/or continuing enrolment with us after any updates are posted indicates acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
